Karima Balfoul, PLP, is a Technical Compliance Specialist at the National Payroll Institute within the Compliance Services department. She has joined the Institute in 2008 as a Bilingual Payroll Compliance Advisor.
Karima holds a PLP Certificate from the NPI, a Master’s Degree in Economic Diagnosis as well as a Certificate in Instructing Adults and has more than 24 years experience as a payroll professional. She has processed and managed payroll for organizations in different industries, with diverse complexities including both union and non-union environment across Canada.
Karima is one of the NPI’s bilingual speakers who deliver seminars and webinars all across Canada, and teaches PLP on-line French courses.
