Tiffany Ellis is a Manager in HR Strategy & Technology (Pay Advisory) who helps organizations elevate payroll from a back-office function to a strategic, valued service. With deep expertise across Canadian and U.S. payroll—and consulting experience spanning Canada, the U.S., and Mexico—she advises clients on payroll transformation, operating models, vendor selection, process optimization, and service delivery.
Earlier in her career, Tiffany spent six years with ADP GlobalView, including an international assignment in Prague supporting U.S. clients across sectors such as aerospace, medical devices, and manufacturing. Today, she leads and supports complex HR and payroll technology initiatives across North America, with hands-on experience in platforms including ADP, SAP (S/4HANA and SuccessFactors), Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Dayforce, and UKG. Her industry focus includes Energy, Resources & Industrials, as well as financial services, construction, retail, and the public sector.
