Dunni Harriman is an advocate for the strategic role that Payroll holds in an organization. She believes that standing up a strong and knowledgeable payroll team will allow for an effective and customer focused payroll service delivery. Dunni has worked in process and performance improvement partnership roles on projects such as, creation of civic service level documents, process reviews for water, waste, light and power divisions. She has held various roles in payroll, however, works, primarily in payroll implementations.  Dunni is a Senior Manager, Payroll Services at Federated Co-operatives Limited, responsible for leading a team of payroll professionals dedicated to implementations and support services. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering on local boards in the village of Meacham, where she resides is a certified Zumba instructor.
