Nathalie Syratt joined the National Payroll Institute as a Bilingual Payroll Compliance Advisor within the Compliance Services and Professional development Group in 2020.
Nathalie holds a PLP Certificate from the National Payroll Institute. She has a general accounting background and worked in this field for over 20 years at which point she steered her career specifically towards payroll. She has extensive experience in processing large-scale payroll for salaried and unionized employees as well as payroll system implementations.
Nathalie is one of the Institute’s bilingual speakers that participate in the delivery of seminars and webinars all across Canada.
Nathalie Syratt a rejoint l’Institut national de la paie en 2020 en tant que conseillère en conformité de la paie au sein du département des Services de conformité.
Nathalie est titulaire de l’accréditation LAP de l’Institut. Avec sa formation en comptabilité générale d’entreprise, elle travaille dans ce domaine pendant plus de 20 ans après quoi elle oriente sa carrière vers le domaine de la paie spécifiquement. Elle détient une vaste expérience dans le traitement de paie d’employés salariés et syndiqués ainsi que dans l’implantation de système de paie au sein d’organisations de taille.
Nathalie est parmi les formateurs bilingues de l’INP qui participent aux séminaires et webinaires dans l’ensemble du Canada.
