Kimberley (Kim) Fiume, PCP, F.NPI, is Director, Best Practices and Compliance for Sability Human Capital Consulting* and has been with Sability since 1999. Kim has 30+ years of payroll and HR experience, as a practitioner and senior consultant, including legislative and compliance research, development and delivery of payroll and HR training, plus best practice, and technology implementation assignments, across a multitude of software vendors and payroll outsourcers. In addition to her consulting project work, she has responsibility for the firm’s payroll management newsletter “Payroll ALERT” and delivers training sessions across North America on Canadian payroll and HR compliance topics. She is a subject matter expert on Canadian payroll and HR legislative matters and is often engaged on Sability’s consulting assignments involving best practices, process reengineering, compliance audits and research. Kim is a former Board of Director (2011-2015) of the National Payroll Institute and former member of NPI’s Federal Government Relations Advisory Council.
