Erin Wood, PLP, is a Canadian payroll compliance leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning payroll legislation, technology, and professional education. As a Global Compliance Lead for Rippling, Erin is responsible for payroll product compliance, ensuring solutions meet Canada’s complex and evolving regulatory requirements.
Erin began her career with the National Payroll Institute (NPI) and later worked at Ceridian (now Dayforce) before spending 15 years as an independent Payroll Consultant. She has held payroll compliance and product leadership roles at Xero, Rise People, and Workday.
A veteran speaker and educator, Erin has instructed and delivered professional development for the NPI for over 15 years. She currently serves as Chair of the Real Time Payroll Reporting (RTPD) Technical Task Force and is a member of the Payroll Standards Canada Advisory Council.
