Irene Paul has spent nearly 25 years building a career in the Canadian payroll field, gaining extensive experience across a variety of roles. From her early days as a Technician to her growth into Director-level positions, she has developed expertise in implementation and, more recently, compliance advisory for Payroll/HRIS software service providers. Irene also holds two professional designations: Payroll Leadership Professional from the National Payroll Institute and Accredited Director from the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada.
Irene’s dedication to the payroll profession extends beyond her career. She actively volunteers with the National Payroll Institute, serving on the Federal Government Relations Committee and the Quebec Government Relations Committee. Her passion for the industry is further reflected in her role as a Director on the Institute’s Board of Directors.
